Mark your calendar for World Tai Chi & Qigong Day! Last Saturday of April each year (10 am local time worldwide) in 100's of cities, spanning 80 nations, people come together, to breathe together, providing a healing vision for our world.
Join organizer and local Tai Chi for Health Instructor, Sonya Dumas, and her honored guest, Grandmaster Glenn C. Wilson of the Gong Yuen Chuan Fa Family - Pai Lum Tao Family of traditional Martial Arts.

This is the 24th Annual WTCQGD, and our 8th Annual LOCAL World Tai Chi and Qigong Day here in Clermont. This year, it's on Saturday, April 29th from 9:30am at Lake Hiawatha Preserve in Clermont (Park in Lake Hiawatha Preserve, walk across road to the lake side, and we'll meet at the pavilion - signs will be posted). Wear loose comfortable clothing and closed shoes and bring lots of water for hydrating. Stay after for a picnic with friends (bring own lunch if staying).
