Mark your calendar for World Tai Chi & Qigong Day! Last Saturday of April each year (10 am local time worldwide) in 100's of cities, spanning 80 nations, people come together, to breathe together, providing a healing vision for our world.

This is the 23rd Annual WTCQGD, and our 7th Annual World Tai Chi and Qigong Day here in Clermont. This year, it's on Saturday, April 30th from 9:30am at Lake Hiawatha Preserve in Clermont (Park in Lake Hiawatha Preserve, walk across road to the lake side, and we'll meet at the pavilion - signs will be posted). Wear loose comfortable clothing and closed shoes and bring lots of water for hydrating. Stay after for a picnic with friends.
