Tai Chi for Health
Learn Warm-up and Cool-down exercises that familiarize you with Tai Chi principles as well as the Movements of Dr. Paul Lam’s Sun Style Tai Chi set, also known as Tai Chi for Arthritis.
A great way to get started in Tai Chi. It is suitable for men and women of any age. The movements are low-impact, slow and fluid, thus gently keeping the joints mobile.
Intermediate | Advanced Tai Chi Class

5 Classes: $35 ($7 / class); 10 Classes: $60 ($6 / class)
This class is for those who have completed the Beginners Tai Chi class or who have at least one year tai chi or qigong experience. Participants in this class have the opportunity to learn other Tai Chi for Health forms developed by Dr. Paul Lam, such as the Tai Chi for Arthritis Part 2 form, Tai Chi for Energy, Tai Chi for Rehabilitation, Tai Chi for Heart Conditions and others.
Additionally, for advanced student's we offer a Beginner's Yang form, Tai Chi Fan form, QiGong exercises, and more.
