Thursday, May 25th Give yourself the gift of improved health and wellbeing with Tai Chi & QiGong INTERMEDIATE LEVEL 2 Tai Chi & QiGong class Every Thursday 6:30pm - 7:30pm Begins May 25th (for 6-weeks) *Must have taken classes with Sonya to register for this class and are comfortable with your Tai Chi Form up to Wave Hands Like Clouds both sides. INTRODUCTION Tai Chi & QiGong class Every Thursday 7:30pm - 8:30pm Begins May 25th (for 6-weeks) Perfect if you're a beginner wanting to find out what Tai Chi is all about, or a seasoned student who wants to keep up with your practices. Learn Warm-up and Cool-down exercises that familiarize you with Tai Chi principles as well as the Movements of Dr. Paul Lam’s Sun Style set, also known as Tai Chi for Arthritis (See YouTube video above right). A great way to get started in Tai Chi. It is suitable for men and women of any age. The movements are low-impact, slow and fluid, thus gently keeping the joints mobile.
ALL LEVELS Tai Chi Class Tuesdays & Thursdays 10am - 11am Class is held in the Gym Cost: FREE for SilverSneakers® & PrimeFitness® Members 1 class is $10 | Monthly $60 Participants in this class have the opportunity to learn other Tai Chi for Health forms developed by Dr. Paul Lam, such as the Tai Chi for Arthritis Part 2 form, Tai Chi for Energy, Tai Chi for Energy Part 2, Tai Chi for Rehabilitation, Tai Chi for Heart Conditions, and others. Additionally, for advanced student's we offer a Beginner's Yang form, Tai Chi Fan form, QiGong exercises, Tai Chi flow and more. |
